About Us

Good Nature Inc. is a family owned landscaping contracting business based in northeast Indianapolis. We specialize in lasting relationships and combining natural landscape elements to produce the desired outdoor environment for each client.

The company was founded in the mid 1990’s with a slogan “Be Good Natured.” This slogan represents the philosophy that drives our business everyday. From the beginning the owners, Steve and Tracey Hiner, wanted a company large enough to provide the quality and professionalism small companies cannot, yet small enough to maintain the personal relationships that make life and work rich. The fact that approximately 80% of our annual revenue comes from referrals and repeat business is evidence that Good Nature Inc. exists as envisioned. Located at the southeast corner of 96th Street and Olio Road, Good Nature Inc has become a fixture in the community.

Our staff, of approximately twenty, including designers, irrigation, lighting, and landscape installers, office personnel, carpenters, masons, gardeners, and sales people; provides the most comprehensive array of landscape services in town. From stone to light, from water to wood, Good Nature Inc is installing and/or maintaining the outdoor service you need. Our staff is what really sets us apart from other companies. The team is an ensemble of role players who together represent over 120 years of experience in the green industry. From designer to laborer, everyone on our staff has at least six years experience.

We have developed a service process to ensure our client’s needs are being met throughout a project. The Good Nature process does not end with an invoice. We believe follow up after project completion is very important. We want to ensure our collaboration is what was expected and that you are satisfied. We value client relationships and work to maintain and grow our reputation with each new customer.
